Physics Heist does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any course purchase, digital product, or book order, under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

Physics Heist does not provide refunds under any circumstances. This is a strict, unconditional, no-exception policy. The following scenarios are explicitly covered by this no-refund rule:
We do not offer partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, credit transfers to other products, or deferrals of any kind. Once a transaction is completed, it is final.
This is not a policy designed to be harsh — it is a policy designed to be honest. Here's why Physics Heist does not offer refunds:
The moment your payment is confirmed, you receive full access to all course content — lectures, notes, problem sets, and materials. There is no way to "return" knowledge or access that has already been granted.
SM Professor publishes extensive free content on YouTube. The teaching style, depth, and methodology are fully visible before you spend a single rupee. We encourage every student to evaluate free content first.
When half your student base consists of working educators who regularly recommend the course, the quality speaks for itself. This policy exists alongside that track record, not in spite of it.
If you experience a genuine technical problem — such as inability to access your account after confirmed payment, or a platform error on our end — please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 93509 57156 or through the contact portal.
Technical issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. Our team will work to resolve access problems promptly. However, technical support does not imply or entitle the student to a refund. Resolution of access issues is the remedy provided — not monetary compensation.
Please report technical issues within 7 days of your purchase date to be considered for access-based remediation.
All book orders — whether hard copies of the SRG Volumes (1–5) ordered via WhatsApp, or digital ebook downloads — are non-refundable and non-returnable once placed and dispatched / delivered.
We take care to package books properly before dispatch. Transit damage claims must be reported promptly and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
If you have purchased a course plan (e.g., JA 2027 validity at ₹55,000) and wish to upgrade to a longer validity plan (e.g., JA 2028 at ₹69,999), you may contact us to discuss upgrade options. Upgrades are at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
Downgrades, plan switches, and refund of the difference between plans are not permitted under any circumstance.
We recommend that you carefully review all available plans before completing your purchase. Detailed information about all validity tiers is available on the course page and via WhatsApp before you enroll.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Physics Heist will result in immediate and permanent termination of your course access without compensation.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have experienced a duplicate transaction, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. We will investigate and resolve genuine errors promptly.
